MyMemba came to Quixas with a clear brief: build a full membership CRM from scratch. UK charities, trade associations, and membership organisations had no affordable, purpose-built platform for managing their members, and MyMemba wanted to change that.

The Problem

UK membership organisations were stuck between two bad options:

  • Enterprise CRMs designed for commercial sales teams, costing more than they could justify and delivering a fraction of the functionality they needed
  • Spreadsheets and email inboxes, with subscription renewals, event attendance, and payment tracking all handled manually

MyMemba needed a complete product built from nothing. Not a feature add-on. A full multi-tenant SaaS platform with billing, member portals, event management, messaging, and a website builder.

What We Built

Multi-Tenant CRM

Full multi-tenant architecture allowing each organisation to manage their own member base, subscription plans, and data independently. Admins get a complete dashboard for member management, renewals, and reporting.

Stripe Billing and Subscriptions

End-to-end Stripe integration handling subscription creation, automated renewal billing, failed payment recovery, and member self-service plan management.

Event Management and Member Portal

Built-in event management with registration, attendance tracking, and gated content access. Members get a dedicated portal for managing their profile, accessing documents, and participating in forums.
