Selected work

Complex workflows. Production systems. Measurable operating outcomes.

A selection of systems and workflow patterns we have built across operational intelligence, document-heavy processing and multi-system product environments. Sanitized where confidentiality requires it.

Finding the exceptions that matter in high-volume operations

The problem

High-volume operational data made it difficult for the team to identify the exceptions worth acting on. Reporting existed, but it described the past rather than pointing at the work.

The system

Ingest multiple data sources, detect anomalies and exceptions against the operating rules, generate a prioritized briefing, support natural-language investigation of any item, and expose a controlled action layer for the follow-ups the team approves.

Operating outcome

The operating team starts the day with a ranked list of exceptions and the context behind each one, instead of a dashboard they have to interrogate.

What it proves
  • Operational intelligence
  • Data integration
  • Natural-language investigation
  • Action workflows
  • Observability
Document and Case WorkflowEvidences Operational Workflow Deployment

Records that are technically complete and still wrong

The problem

Incoming records could pass a completeness check and still contain missing, inconsistent or conflicting information across the documents in the package. The inconsistency surfaced later, as rework.

The system

Intake, structured extraction, deterministic checks, cross-document consistency analysis, a reasoned exception output with the reason attached, human review, and a clean downstream handoff.

Operating outcome

Cases that do not hold together are caught at the front of the process, with the reason attached, before downstream work is spent on them.

What it proves
  • Document intelligence
  • Validation
  • Orchestration
  • Human-in-the-loop
  • Auditability
Multi-System OperationsEvidences Operational Workflow Deployment

A live customer workflow spanning several external platforms

The problem

A production customer workflow crossed multiple external platforms, payments, messaging, event streams and internal applications. Every integration was a place the operation could quietly break.

The system

Production APIs, webhooks, booking and transaction logic, messaging, admin tooling, user-facing workflows and monitoring, built and operated as one system with a single team accountable for it.

Operating outcome

A workflow that runs in production across systems the team does not control, with failures visible and recoverable rather than silent.

What it proves
  • Complex integration
  • Reliability
  • Operational software
  • Production ownership

Client names and screenshots are shared under NDA in conversation where permission allows. We describe what the system does, what failed during delivery, and how it was handled, because that is the part that predicts how the next engagement goes.

Your workflow will not look exactly like these.

The patterns repeat even when the industry does not. Tell us what is blocking scale and we will tell you which of these it resembles.
