# Quixas Technology > Quixas checks property First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims for completeness and consistency at intake, before they reach adjusters. It is an intake gate, not a decision-maker: it does not make coverage determinations, detect fraud, validate weather, or audit pricing. ## About Quixas Technology (legal: Quixas Technology LLC) builds a property FNOL intake gate for the firms that own claims intake: CAT response firms, FNOL-owning independent adjuster (IA) firms, property third-party administrators (TPAs), and managing general agents (MGAs) with claims authority. Quixas reads each incoming claim, checks it against rules tailored to your book, and returns a verdict. Complete claims flow on to adjusters; incomplete ones come back flagged with a drafted follow-up your team approves and sends. Every decision stays with people. Extraction only. - Flags exceptions with a clear, inspectable reason and drafts the follow-up for your team to approve and send. ## What Quixas Does Not Do - It does not make coverage determinations or claims-handling decisions. - It does not detect fraud, validate weather, or audit pricing or estimates. - It does not write into your core claims system, and it requires no production access. - It does not contact policyholders on its own. ## Who It Is For - CAT response firms handling storm and hail surges - FNOL-owning independent adjuster (IA) firms - Property TPAs - MGAs with delegated claims authority ## Pages - How It Works (https://quixasit.com/how-it-works): how Quixas receives a claim, checks completeness and consistency, and returns a verdict. - The Platform (https://quixasit.com/platform): a live simulator that runs the gate on a sample property FNOL. - Built Around Your Book (https://quixasit.com/built-around-your-book): how the completeness and consistency rules are tailored to your perils, region, ACORD variants, thresholds, and routing. - The Pilot (https://quixasit.com/pilot): run the gate on a sample of your own historic FNOLs. - Pricing (https://quixasit.com/pricing): a $2,500 onboarding pilot, a monthly subscription to continue, and subscriber surge top-up packs. - About (https://quixasit.com/about): what Quixas is, the boundary it keeps, and a property claims intake FAQ. - Security (https://quixasit.com/security): how claim data is processed and protected. - Contact (https://quixasit.com/contact): book a pilot conversation. - Refund & Cancellation Policy (https://quixasit.com/refunds): a 14-day refund right, onboarding and pilot terms, subscriptions cancel anytime, and prepaid non-expiring top-up packs. ## The Pilot and Pricing A pilot starts with a one-time $2,500 onboarding that sets up the gate for your book and covers your first 30 days, with no subscription fee. The onboarding is the only fee during the pilot; refund terms, including a 14-day refund right, are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The pilot runs out-of-band, alongside your existing intake: you forward a sample of historic FNOLs (or upload them), Quixas reverse-engineers your completeness and consistency rules, then shows exactly which claims the gate would have flagged and why. No writes to your core systems and no production credentials required. After 30 days you decide whether to continue. To continue, you subscribe to a monthly plan that includes a monthly claim allotment, platform access, and ongoing rule-set maintenance. Subscribers can buy prepaid top-up claim packs to add volume during storm-season surges; packs never expire. There is no packs-only path. See https://quixasit.com/pricing for current pack sizes and prices. ## Security & Data Handling - Runs on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud infrastructure. - All data encrypted in transit and at rest. - Tenant isolation through application-layer access controls under least-privilege. - Claim data is hosted and processed in the United States and permanently deleted within 7 business days of pilot end, termination, or written request. - The AI extraction step uses an enterprise LLM API that does not train on your data. ## Blog (https://quixasit.com/blog) Field notes on property FNOL completeness, internal consistency, and intake decisions. - [Why Incomplete FNOLs Are the Most Expensive Problem in Property Claims](https://quixasit.com/blog/incomplete-fnol-cost): why an incomplete FNOL costs days, not minutes, once it reaches an adjuster. - [The Checks Every Property Claim Should Pass Before It Reaches an Adjuster](https://quixasit.com/blog/property-claim-intake-checks): a practical intake checklist of the completeness and consistency checks that separate a workable file from one that stalls. - [Completeness vs Consistency: The Two Questions a Gate Should Ask](https://quixasit.com/blog/completeness-vs-consistency): the difference between a file that has what an adjuster needs and a file that holds together. ## Optional - [About Quixas](https://quixasit.com/about) - [Contact](https://quixasit.com/contact)
